A 45 year-old woman presented with blurred vision and irritation of the left eye. Clinical examination revealed a superior palpebral conjunctival lesion consistent with a diagnosis of papilloma. She was lost to follow up despite repeated attempts to schedule a biopsy, and presented again after an extended period with bilateral disease.
