[Silent Celiac Disease in an obese patient].

We present an obese patient who underwent high digestive endoscopy due to dysphagia after accidental ingestion of chicken bone. There is mild reflux oesophagitis and duodenal atrophy. Intestinal biopsy reports severe villous atrophy with lymphoplasmocytic infiltrate.
