PD-L1 immunohistochemical expression varies in OPSCC, and the presence of HPV is a plausible explanation for this variability. Comprehending these findings is crucial, as high PD-L1 expression in the tumor microenvironment of OPSCC can help identify patient subgroups that could be suitable for immunotherapy.

Objective: This study aimed to analyze the scope, nature, and extent of the applicability of terahertz (THz) spectroscopy in dentistry.
Study Design: A scoping review was conducted following the 5-step methodology of Arksey and O'Malley, the PRISMA-ScR checklist, and the Evidence Synthesis Manual of the Joanna Briggs Institute. Electronic literature searches were performed in the PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, and Cochrane Library databases, including full-text articles with no specific publication period.
Purpose: The purpose of this diagnostic study was to assess the accuracy and time efficiency of a digital method to draw the denture foundation extension outline on preliminary casts compared with the conventional technique.

Case Report: An 82-year-old patient sought the Department of Dentistry at UFRN, reporting retention dissatisfaction and hamper to the mandibular CD adaptation. Patient-reported a dry mouth sensation, and exhibited disordered mandibular movements, tremors, and resorbed mandibular ridge.

This technical report describes a novel workflow for complete denture fabrication designed to abbreviate the necessary steps for dental prostheses delivery by using a 3-appointment protocol in which preliminary impressions are made in the first session together with the registration of maxillary lip support, occlusal plane, and reference lines for tooth arrangement.
