A case of choroidal osteoma in a 17-year-old female.

A 17-year female was referred for complaints of blurring and decreased vision in the right eye. The patient underwent fundus examination, optical coherence tomography and B-scan ultrasonography. A well-defined, yellow-orange colored lesion was present in the posterior pole.
