In this study, the fabrication of an ultrahigh selective NHgas sensor based on RGO/WOnanocomposite has been proposed. The hydrothermal method was employed to synthesize the RGO/WOnanocomposite. The formation of RGO/WOnanocomposite and the elemental composition, structure and morphology of the as-synthesized materials were confirmed through an array of analytical techniques, including XRD, Raman, FT-IR, XPS and TEM.
