Formulation and evaluation of itraconazole-loaded nanoemulgel for efficient topical delivery to treat fungal infections.

The clinical application of conventional oral dosage form of itraconazole is limited due to its poor bioavailability. The aim of the study was to develop nanoemulgel of Itraconazole for topical delivery.
