BSG peptides were fractionated and purified sequentially by anion exchange, gel filtration (FPLC), and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The fractions obtained from each chromatographic step were collected and the in vitro enzyme inhibitory activity was evaluated.
