Luminescence of La0.2Y1.8O3 nanostructured scintillators.

For the first time, transparent La0.2Y1.8O3 nanostructured polycrystalline scintillators were fabricated by sintering nanoparticle powders at high temperatures and their scintillation properties are reported.
