Objective: To validate the content of the indicators proposed from the Nursing Outcome Classification in a care plan for delirium management in older adults.
Methods: Content validity study, conducted under the expert judgment technique. The procedure was developed in five moments: organization of indicators that respond to the nursing outcome classification for delirium management, support with literature of the indicators that responds to the result, selection of experts, establishment of agreements, and discussion.
Objective: To determine the factors related to overall healthcare costs of road traffic accidents in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted through the analysis of road traffic accident records that took place in 2019 in Bucaramanga, Colombia. Cost quartiles in dollars were compared using Pearson's chi-squared and Fisher's exact tests.
Objective: To determine the effectiveness of a nursing intervention for delirium prevention in critically ill patients.
Method: A quasi-experimental study was conducted with a non-equivalent control group and with evaluation before and after the intervention. 157 Patients were part of the intervention group and 134 of the control group.

Objectives: To evaluate the effect of the "Caring for Caregivers" program in the caring ability and burden in family caregivers of patients with chronic diseases at health care institutions.
Methods: A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted in 34 relatives of patients with chronic diseases that had cared for them for more than 3 months. Zarit scale was used to measure caregiver burden and the CAI (Caring Ability Inventory) was also used to measure caring ability.

The contamination of the Sonora River with 40,000 m of toxic leachate released from a copper mine on August 6, 2014, was considered the worst environmental disaster of the mining industry in Mexico, exceeding safety levels in the concentrations of heavy metals and arsenic. To explore the potential association of the toxic release with subfecundity, by comparing time to pregnancy (TTP) of women with different levels of exposure at municipalities located along the Sonora River watershed, just 35 km south of the Arizona-Mexico border. Data from 235 pregnancies were included in a retrospective cohort study.

Methods: A transversal descriptive study was carried out in 451 students and a documentary review of curricula was performed for 26 programs. The content of an online questionnaire on the perception of competences in the areas of knowledge, attitudes and abilities was constructed and validated.
