Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the marginal accuracy of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and zirconia copings fabricated using computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, and to assess the impact of their material properties on accuracy when produced with a 4-axis milling system under controlled conditions.
Settings And Design: The study employed an in vitro design with a stainless steel die model featuring a 6 mm axial wall height, a 6-degree total occlusal convergence, and a radial shoulder finish line.
Materials And Methods: Thirty stone dies were created from silicone impressions of the metal die and poured using type-IV dental stone.
The CCCTC-binding factor (CTCF) is multi-functional, ubiquitously expressed, and highly conserved from to human. It has important roles in transcriptional insulation and the formation of a high-dimensional chromatin structure. CTCF has a paralog called "Brother of Regulator of Imprinted Sites" (BORIS) or "CTCF-like" (CTCFL).

Using bioinformatics approach, we identified and annotated 104 NBS-LRR genes in chickpea. Phylogenetic analysis points to their diversification into two families namely TIR-NBS-LRR and non-TIR-NBS-LRR.

In plants they are involved in many biological processes requiring stress response in situations such as water deficiency, pathogen attack, maintaining protein content of the cell, programmed cell death, senescence, reproduction and many more. Similarly, protease inhibitors (PIs) are involved in various important functions like suppression of invasion by pathogenic nematodes, inhibition of spores-germination and mycelium growth of Alternaria alternata and response to wounding and fungal attack.

They possess pharmaceutical properties important for cancer treatment such as antioxidant and anti-tumor activities. The drug-related properties of flavonoids can be improved by glycosylation.

Penicillin V acylases (PVAs) are enzymes produced by environmental microbes, having a possible role in pathogenesis or scavenging of phenolic compounds in their microbial habitats. The correct annotation of such physiologically and industrially important enzymes is thus vital.
