Raf Kinase Inhibitor Protein (RKIP) is an important regulator of the MAPK signaling pathway in multicellular eukaryotes. Plasmodium falciparum RKIP (PfRKIP) is a putative phosphatidylethanolamine binding protein (PEBP) that shares limited similarity with Homo sapiens RKIP (HsRKIP).
