Purpose Of Review: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have improved the survival of several cancers. However, they may cause a wide range of immune-related adverse events (irAEs). We present a case of bradycardia and complete heart block resulting in haemodynamic instability in a patient with recurrent diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Timely diagnosis and appropriate management of such patients is crucial and requires a high index of suspicion.
