We investigated the effects of thermal treatments (cooking, hydrothermal, autoclaving, infrared rays) treatments and germination on modulation of PD, its properties and association with ANFs in two distinct genotypes based on polyphenol content: high (Pusa Arhar 2018-4) and low (ICP-1452).

The purpose of this study was to compare iCare HOME (TA022) with Goldmann applanation tonometer and to evaluate the self-tonometry measurements among the Indian population. Eligible patients underwent iCare HOME training through guided demonstration (verbal, pictorial, video) and practised self-tonometry measures using iCare HOME. Certification for independent iCare HOME measure was provided if first iCare HOME intraocular pressure (IOP) measurement fell within ± 5 mmHg of Goldmann applanation tonometer (GAT) measurement which was measured by the trained clinician (principal investigator).

Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome (ARS) is a rare disease characterized by anterior segment anomalies with or without glaucoma. A 28-year-old antenatal female diagnosed with ARS presented with uncontrolled intraocular pressures (IOPs) and advanced glaucoma despite maximal medical therapy and progressive vision loss during her third trimester. The refractory and progressive nature of the disease, with useful vision in one eye, necessitated immediate surgical intervention, following which there was successful control of IOP, lasting till the final follow-up at 18 months.

Purpose: Our study was designed to determine ophthalmologists' dexterity in performing standard ophthalmic procedures at various levels of expertise via a structured questionnaire.

Methods: A structured questionnaire was administered via the Google platform from August 20 to September 19, 2022, to assess the perspectives and preferences of ophthalmologists concerning their proficiency in using their right hand, left hand, or both hands to perform routine tasks required in the practice of ophthalmic medicine and surgery.

In this manuscript, we have reported an augmented reality (AR) application named, 'Eye MG AR' innovated by us, to show different anatomical/pathological parts of the eyeball pertaining to glaucoma, from multiple customized angles of the user's choice to simplify glaucoma learning and clinical counseling. It is available free of cost from the Google Play Store for Android users. Procedures ranging from a simple outpatient department procedure (yttrium aluminium garnet peripheral iridotomy) to a complex surgical technique (trabeculectomy/tube surgery) can be explained and counseled with this Android application.

Owing to the demand for the consumption of healthy extrudates, this study explored the infusion of (coconut inflorescence sap) honey in rice flour, corn flour and coconut milk residue blend-based extrudates. honey, the concentrated coconut inflorescence sap, has numerous nutrients and a natural source of essential vitamins.
