In the present study, we have reviewed the available literature on SGO1 gene and protein expression in various cancer-cell lines, animal models and cancer patients, and targeting SGO1 with siRNA/shRNA.

A novel mixed ligand Ni(II) metal complex has been investigated for the modification in structural conformation, coordination bond, and noncovalent interactions. The novel Ni(II) metal complex [Ni(TFPB)(1,10-Ph)(DMF)] has been synthesized and structurally characterized, which featured six coordination with three bidentate ligands connected through oxygen and nitrogen atoms. The single-crystal X-ray analysis showed that the compound possessed octahedral geometry and C-H…F, C-H…O, and π…π intermolecular interactions resulting in the formation of supramolecular architecture contributed significantly towards the crystal packing and molecular stability.

The Comparative Bioavailability of Fluticasone and Azelastine Delivered as a Single Fixed Dose Combination (MP-AzeFlu) in Comparison to Two Different Formulations of Azelastine and Fluticasone Propionate Following Intranasal Administration in Healthy Chinese Volunteers.

Objective: Two studies (Study I and Study II) were conducted in healthy Chinese volunteers to confirm that there was no pharmacokinetic drug interaction between AZE and FLU in MP-AzeFlu. The secondary objective was to evaluate the pharmacokinetic parameters of MP-AzeFlu compared with the commercially available mono-components.

Methods: Both studies were a randomized, open-label, three-period, six-sequence, single-dose cross-over trial (William's design) conducted at Beijing Hospital (Beijing, China) in September and October of 2019 in 30 healthy adult male and female volunteers.
