An unusual presentation of carcinoma stomach.

Symptomatic gastric malignancy usually presents with symptoms which mimic peptic ulcer disease.Usual presenting features include weight loss and abdominal pain. Other symptoms include nausea, vomiting, dysphagia, melena and early satiety.
