We investigated the association between contrast enhancement, ADC, and rCBV with tumor grade separately for IDH-mutant astrocytomas and molecularly-defined oligodendrogliomas.
Methods: For this retrospective study, 44 patients with IDH-mutant astrocytomas (WHO grades II, III, or IV) and 39 patients with oligodendrogliomas (IDH-mutant and 1p/19q codeleted) (WHO grade II or III) were enrolled.

Neurocranial occurrence is exceedingly rare and a location within the neurocranial portion of the temporal bone has not been described. The authors report on one case of sinonasal JPOF secondarily extending into the cranial cavity and three cases primarily affecting the neurocranial bones to increase clinical awareness of this uncommon tumor, which may be easily mistaken for meningioma.
