Materials And Methods: Fibroblasts isolated from the TA of men undergoing surgery for correction of PD curvature were transformed to myofibroblasts using transforming growth factor beta-1. The expression of 21 PDE isoforms was investigated using quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction and protein analysis, as were the effects of various PDE inhibitors on prevention of myofibroblast transformation.

Methods: The Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire Community (AIRR-C) IG Reference Sets have been developed by including only human IG heavy and light chain alleles that have been confirmed by evidence from multiple high-quality sources.
Background: Transformation of resident fibroblasts to profibrotic myofibroblasts in the tunica albuginea is a critical step in the pathophysiology of Peyronie's disease (PD). We have previously shown that myofibroblasts do not revert to the fibroblast phenotype and we suggested that there is a point of no return at 36 hours after induction of the transformation. Introduction: Ischemic priapism is a medical emergency that, if not treated, could lead to permanent erectile dysfunction. The association between cocaine and priapism is well-known; however, data on patient characteristics, treatment, and outcomes is missing. This work aimed to answer the research question: What are the characteristics, management strategies, and erectile prognosis of patients consuming cocaine and presenting with priapism?
Methods: We conducted a systematic review according to PRISMA guidelines and described our case series.
Objective: To investigate the risk factors for penile arterial insufficiency (PAI), which is a known cause of erectile dysfunction (ED).
Methods: Patients who attended our urology clinic complaining of ED for more than 6 months were prospectively enrolled in this study over 1-year period. Patient consent was taken and ethical committee approval.
We present measurements of thermally generated transverse spin currents in the topological insulator BiSe, thereby completing measurements of interconversions among the full triad of thermal gradients, charge currents, and spin currents. We accomplish this by comparing the spin Nernst magneto-thermopower to the spin Hall magnetoresistance for bilayers of BiSe/CoFeB. We find that BiSe does generate substantial thermally driven spin currents.

Methods: Forty adult male albino Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups of 8 rats each: group 1, sham; group 2, injury to TA without treatment; group 3, injury to TA and suture repair; group 4, injury to TA and injection of ADSCs without suture repair; group 5, injury to TA followed by injection of ADSCs and suture repair.
