This paper discusses the application of coupled reactance-less memristor-based oscillators (MBO) with binary output signals in oscillatory networks. A class of binary-coupled memristor oscillators provides simple integration with standard CMOS logic elements. Combining MBOs with binary logic elements ensures the operation of complex information processing algorithms.

Ethylene and abscisic acid (ABA) are known to affect cell division and differentiation, but the mechanisms of such effects are poorly understood. As ethylene and ABA signaling routes may interact, we examined their involvement in cell division and differentiation in cell tissue cultures derived from several plants: wild type (Col-0), and ethylene-insensitive mutants and .

We have elaborated the program complex making it possible to address the following problems: thr formulation of the database of electronic copies of the finger print and toe print images in the family groups, the display of the finger print and toe print images on the screen, marking the points and lines for automated readout of digital angular and metric information or automated calculation of relative values, the formulation of the database of digital information about the papillary patterns on the fingers and toes in the family triplets (farther + mother + child) and its import into an Excel file.

The dependence of significance of the said patterns on the functional right- and left-handedness was estimated based on the results of the determination of the absolute number of various types and subtypes of finger dermatoglyphics on the right and left hands as well as their percentage ratio. The results obtained in the study were used to develop the classification of the finger dermatoglyphic patterns based on the analysis of the complicated influence of the functional right- and left-handedness on the prevalence of one or another pattern on the right or left hand.

As NO and ethylene signaling events often interact we examined their role in CC in cultured cells derived from wild-type (Col-0) plants and from ethylene-insensitive mutant plants. Both NO and ethylene were produced mainly during the first 5 days of the sub-cultivation period corresponding to the period of active cell division.

The objective of the present study was the article by article analysis of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation with special reference to the judicial-expert procedures with a view to enhancing the awareness of the readers with the new directions of activities of forensic medical experts in the law-courts. It is emphasized that a number of provisions of the Code have not been properly elaborated, nor have they been adequately coordinated with the standard regulatory acts concerning the analogous or related issues. It is concluded that the provisions of the Code pertaining to the activities of the forensic medical experts remain to be widely discussed in the public domain to provide a basis for the development of recommendations for the legislative correction of the selected articles of the Code.

For the first time in the history of domestic dermatoglyphic studies, we described the structure of palmar whorl patterns (based on the palmar prints obtained from 555 subjects) with respect to the surrounding tri-radii. Moreover, the role of their radiants in the formation of node orientation was considered.

Excised root tips of Interkras M B-375 were shown to produce much more ethylene than excised root tips of Krasnodar-194 MW The inhibitor of ethylene biosynthesis L-α-ethoxyvinyl 2amino-glycine-HCl (AVG) and inhibitors of ethylene action AgNO3 and 1-methyl-cyclopropene (MCP) prevented meristem opening in excised root tips of Intekras-375 MW. The obtained results allow us to conclude that ethylene plays an important role in the activation of cell divisions in the QC of excised root tips.

Fertile male gametophyte development was accompanied by two peaks of ethylene production by anther tissues. The first peak occurred during the microspore development simultaneously with the degeneration of both the tapetal tissues and the middle layers of the anther wall.

Fifty healthy males aged from 19 to 34 years were examined. Experiments were conducted on 30 male mice weighing 200-250 g. After 10- and 20-minute ischemia of the upper limb the concentration of cAMP and cGMP in its venous blood increases in direct proportion to the duration of ischemia.
