Methods: Literature review, expert opinion, and benchmarking were used to develop clinical practice recommendations for maintaining perioperative euthermia that included the following: established euthermia before transport to the operating room (OR), standardized practice for maintaining euthermia on transport to and from the OR, and standardized practice to prevent intraoperative heat loss. Process measures were focused on maintaining euthermia during these time points.

To minimize this, a suitable multi-layered cover system (MLCS) is constructed over the buried waste. A new algorithm has been developed by estimating the correction factor from the response of dosemeter to different beta sources at various angles of incidence. The correction factor was observed to vary linearly with the ratio of the responses of dosemeter element without filter (D3) and dosemeter element under Perspex filter (D2).

Here, we explore the ability of this differential conservation to evaluate fittings of atomic models in low-resolution cryo-EM maps and select models from the ensemble of solutions that are often proposed by different model fitting techniques. As a prelude, using a non-redundant and high-resolution structural dataset involving 125 permanent and 95 transient complexes, we confirm that core interface residues are conserved significantly better than nearby non-interface residues and this result is used in the cryo-EM map analysis.
