Malignant Mixed Mullerian Tumours (MMMTs) or carcinosarcomas of uterus are rare aggressive tumours of mesenchymal origin. It is associated with high incidence of lymphatic, pulmonary and peritoneal metastasis. We hereby present two cases of mixed mullerian tumour.
