Objectives: The management of total colonic aganglionosis (TCA) in low-middle income countries (LMIC) is challenging. We aimed to analyze the profile, management, and outcome of patients with TCA at an Indian referral centre.
Methods: A retrospective review of demography, presentation, investigations, and treatment of patients with TCA at a single centre over 22 years with a standardized protocol is detailed.
Purpose: Foreign body (FB) ingestion in children has varied presentation. When unwitnessed, it poses therapeutic and diagnostic challenges especially in the presence of pre-existing anatomical pathology. We aim to analyze the clinical course, management, and outcome of children with impacted esophageal FBs.

Materials And Methods: A cohort of solitary renal units in anorectal malformation managed between 2000 and 2015 with a defined protocol at a pediatric nephro-urology clinic are included in the study.
