Minor limonoid constituents from by simultaneous isolation using supercritical fluid chromatography and their biological activities.

This study reports simultaneous isolation of three new limonoids (1-3), six known regio isomers (6, 7, 9-12), and three more known limonoids (4, 5, 8) from () seeds. Structures of these compounds were determined extensive study of their 1D/2D-NMR and mass spectral data. Known limonoids (4-12) were identified by comparing their physical and spectroscopic data with literature values.

New malabaricane triterpenes from the oleoresin of Ailanthus malabarica.

Ten malabaricane type triterpenes were isolated from the oleoresin of Ailanthus malabarica, out of which six (1-6) were new. For three of the known compounds (7-9), NMR assignments are being reported for the first time. Compound 10, a known one, is a new report from this source.
