Arterioenteric Fistulae Due to Pseudoaneurysms of the Right Common Iliac and Splanchnic Vessels Presenting as Upper GI Bleed.

Arterial pseudoaneurysms are relatively rare complications of the vascular system. Many cases may remain asymptomatic for a lifetime only to be discovered incidentally, whereas others may cause fatal hemorrhage. Majority of cases present with local compressive symptoms.

Hypergiant hepatic hemangiomas: case series.

Hemangiomas are the most common benign tumors of the liver. Hepatic hemangiomas originate from the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, and enlarge by ectasia rather than hyperplasia. We report a series of 5 cases of large retroperitoneal liposarcoma managed aggressively with surgical resection. All cases presented with lump and abdominal pain and diagnosis was established by Ultrasonography and CT scan.

Splenic mass and isolated gastric varices: a rare presentation of a neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas.

Context: Splenic involvement in neuroendocrine pancreatic tumors is well known but rarely presents as a primary splenic mass.

Case Report: A rare case of a neuroendocrine tumor involving the tail of the pancreas, splenic hilum and splenic flexure of the colon, forming a conglomerate mass and presenting as isolated gastric varices is described. A 75-year-old male presented with hematemesis and melena.

Leiomyoma of the stomach, a type of gastrointestinal stromal tumor, is uncommon. We report a 51-year-old woman with an extraserosal pedunculated leiomyoma of the stomach.

Hepatic resection for benign liver pathology--report of two cases.
