Methods: A retrospective database analysis of the US Medicaid population from Anlitiks' All Payor Claims database between 1 January 2016 and 30 June 2023 was conducted.
Model systems are critical in biomedical and preclinical research. Animal and in vitro models serve an important role in our current understanding of human physiology, disease pathophysiology, and therapy development. Earthworm, Eudrilus eugeniae cannot survive and regenerate without clitellum segments. In regenerating worms, the clitellum's epithelial and circular muscular layers are reduced to one-third, and longitudinal cell layers to half. In C2C12 cells, Clitellum Factors (CF - 5, 25 and 50%) and Regenerative Clitellum Factors (RCF - 5, 25, 50, 75%) ameliorate the cell viability up to 20-28% and 30-38% respectively than the control.

In this work, the temperature-dependent exchange rates of stereochemically distinct endo and exo DA bonds are leveraged to achieve tunable, temperature- and stress-activated shape morphing in Diels-Alder polymer (DAP) networks. Through thermal annealing, ≈35% of endo DA isomers are converted in neat DAP networks to the thermodynamically favored exo form, achieving ≈97% exo after complete annealing at 60 °C.

Climate analogs-locations whose current climate is similar to a target location's future climate-have garnered recent interest as transmitting more relatable information; however, they have unexplored potential in facilitating meaningful dialogs, and whether the way the analogs are developed could make a difference.
