The axillary artery aneurysm (AxAA) is a rare entity, with a diverse range of proposed etiologic mechanisms. Although usually asymptomatic, thromboembolic or hemorrhagic complications leave many with vascular and neurologic compromise. Both open and endovascular treatment approaches have been reported.
