- - Results showed that patients receiving Temporalis Fascia grafts had significantly better average air-bone gap closure post-surgery compared to those with Cartilage grafts, especially in varying sizes of perforations.
- - Both graft materials have their advantages: Cartilage is durable and has a high graft uptake rate, while Temporalis Fascia is more accessible and provided better functional hearing outcomes, despite lower overall morphological graft success.
