A Retrospective Study of Pediatric Medication Errors in Saudi Arabia.

The peculiarities of medication errors (MEs) among the pediatric population in the Middle East have not been adequately explored. In this study, we describe the MEs reported at the largest tertiary hospital in Saudi Arabia. This study is a retrospective analysis of MEs reported by health care professionals at a large tertiary hospital in Saudi Arabia between 2015 and 2016.
