Background: Many work-related fatalities happen every year in electricity distribution companies. This study was conducted to model accidents using the time series analysis and survey descriptive factors of injuries in an electricity distribution company in Tehran, Iran.

Methods: Data related to 2010 to 2017 were collected from the database of the safety department.

The de Bruijn Graph algorithm (DBG) as one of the cornerstones algorithms in short read assembly has extended with the rapid advancement of the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and low-cost production of millions of high-quality short reads. Erroneous reads, non-uniform coverage, and genomic repeats are three major problems that influence the performance of short read assemblers. To encounter these problems, the iterative DBG algorithm applies multiple [Formula: see text]-mers instead of a single [Formula: see text]-mer, by iterating the DBG graph over a range of [Formula: see text]-mer sizes from the minimum to the maximum.

Complex endovascular repair of type B aortic dissection and predicting left arm ischemia: a case report.

The present study aimed to investigate the alterations of the GABAergic system in the laterodorsal nucleus (LDN) of the thalamus and the somatosensory cortex (SC) in an experimental model of absence seizure. Introduction: A diode laser is one of the universally compact accepted laser systems used fundamentally for soft tissue applications. Most diode laser devices have a single wavelength of either 810 nm for superior coagulation or 980 nm for tissue ablation. In these case series, the use of dual wavelengths (810 nm and 980 nm) in combination with super pulsing has provided a cleaner cut (no charring) with faster healing that eases the placement of the final restoration in the esthetic zone.

Endothelial platelet-derived growth factor-mediated activation of smooth muscle platelet-derived growth factor receptors in pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Platelet-derived growth factor is one of the major growth factors found in human and mammalian serum and tissues. Abnormal activation of platelet-derived growth factor signaling pathway through platelet-derived growth factor receptors may contribute to the development and progression of pulmonary vascular remodeling and obliterative vascular lesions in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. In this study, we examined the expression of platelet-derived growth factor receptor isoforms in pulmonary arterial smooth muscle and pulmonary arterial endothelial cells and investigated whether platelet-derived growth factor secreted from pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cell or pulmonary arterial endothelial cell promotes pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cell proliferation.

This study investigates the effects of supercritical CO as a foaming agent on structure and physical properties of hot melt extruded hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate (HPMCAS)-itraconazole (ITZ) amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs) with the aim of improving the milling efficiency and tabletability of these ASDs. Two different grades of AFFINISOL HPMCAS, the standard grade (Std) and the High Productivity grade (HP) were used. The HP-grade has a lower molecular weight, melt viscosity and wider processing temperature range.

In the current study, the Malathion decontamination by the aid of the UV/ferrous-activated persulfate (PS) was investigated and the effects of pH, persulfate (PS) concentration, ferrous concentration, Malathion concentration, and different inorganic ions were evaluated. Also, the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) was applied to model Malathion degradation data. The maximum degradation efficiency was associated with pH = 3, PS concentration of 1.
