  • The study aimed to assess the impact of a topical formulation containing medium chain triglycerides, linoleic acid, vitamins A and E, and soy lecithin on wound healing in rats.
  • A total of 45 male Wistar rats underwent skin flap removal and were divided into three groups treated with different preparations. Measurements of wound size were taken at various intervals to evaluate healing progress.
  • Results indicated that while the Test group showed the highest percentage of healed area by day 12 (83.49%), there were no significant differences in healing rates among the groups, suggesting that the test formulation did not enhance tissue repair.
