The authors report the case of a 75-year-old man presenting with prostatic syndrome. Ultrasound assessment revealed multiple bilateral solid renal lesions that were confirmed by computed tomography. It was decided to perform bilateral percutaneous biopsy of the masses.

Purpose: We determined if a third of the dose of intravesical bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) has the same efficacy than a standard dose for decreasing the risk of recurrence and progression after transurethral resection in patients with superficial high risk (stages T1G3 and carcinoma in situ) bladder cancer. Objectives: To review a group of testicular lesions either clearly benign or that may simulate malignant neoplasia on testicular ultrasound. To describe those clinical and ultrasound findings allowing to make the right differential diagnosis, and proper clinical management.
