Small bowel occlusion secondary to a giant abdominal solitary fibrous tumor.

A 30-year-old male with no medical history was admitted to the hospital with abdominal pain, vomiting, and inability to pass gas through the rectum. In the physical examination a non-mobile, smooth, firm mass was palpated in the lower abdominal quadrants. An abdominal mass was detected by a CT scan.
