Colovesical fistula is one of the known complications of acute diverticulitis. However, it is uncommon for a patient to present with a colovesical fistula without prior episodes of diverticulitis. In this case, we report a patient with acute diverticulitis presenting with a colovesical fistula with no antecedent history of any medical condition.
