Benign metastasizing leiomyoma (BML) is a rare pathological process associated with pelvic leiomyoma. We present two cases of BML that are associated with giant pulmonary metastasis. BML is a rare benign metastatic phenomenon that could easily be mistaken for malignant neoplasms.
