Features of the current of bronchial asthma in the presence of komorbidy allergic rhinitis.

Aim: Aim - study of the influence of komorbidy allergic rhinitis (AR) on the course of bronchial asthma (BA).

Materials And Methods: Clinical research, single performed by a survey of 96 patients divided into two groups: the main - 73 patients with BA combined with AR and a group of comparison-23 patients who do not have allergic rhinitis. Complex treatment using naphthalane applications with nonselective chromotherapy covered 64 engine operators of locomotive crews, aged 40-69 years, having 1-3 stage knee osteoarthrosis. Findings are that optimized treatment schedules effectively reduce intensity of pain, improve functional state of the joints involved, increase life quality of the patients, have no side effects. Comparative analysis of the treatment results showed that efficiency of combined naphthalane and nonselective chromotherapy exceeds isolated naphthalane effects.

[Prenosologic criteria of health disorders and cardiovascular risk factors in workers engaged into nuclear industry].

Prophylactic study among workers engaged into main production of Siberian chemical enterprise (Seversk city) revealed high frequency of cardiovascular risk factors (overweight, hypodynamia, dyslipidemia, arterial hypertension), low level of adaptational potential and integral somatic health parameter as prenosologic criteria of cardiovascular diseases. The results necessitate recommendations to supplement periodic medical examinations with studies aimed to reveal early criteria of health disorders, and determine priority directions to specify prophylactic measures in nuclear industry workers.
