: The COVID-19 pandemic had a negative impact on mental health in the general population. The fear, stress, and uncertainty surrounding that traumatic period could have contributed to the aggravation or possible new onset of obsessive-compulsive symptoms. The COvid Mental hEalth Trial (COMET) is a nationwide project organized by the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli", designed as an observational investigation that aimed to gather data from a representative sample of the Italian general population.

To help with this goal, the present study was set to explore first the global status of digital mental health and care across NPAs METHODS: An international expert survey on the digitalization level across all 145 WPA NPAs was electronically distributed through Qualtrics. Descriptive statistics were carried out on the global dataset.

Here, we show that shortening culture time mitigates the p53-mediated DNA damage response to CRISPR-Cas9-induced DNA double-strand breaks, enhancing the reconstitution capacity of edited HSPCs. However, this results in lower HDR efficiency, rendering ex vivo culture necessary yet detrimental.

This information is critical to the knowledge of mechanisms of nephroprotection and safety of this therapy.
Methods: This multicenter prospective study evaluates the changes in ABP after 12 weeks of dapagliflozin 10 mg/day in a cohort of patients with type 2 DKD and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) >25 mL/min/1.
A carbon-supported electrocatalyst, featuring carbon nanotubes anchored on 3D porous graphitic carbon, was developed with the aim to perform in the operating conditions of alkaline fuel cells and metal air batteries. The catalyst was developed via two steps: first powders of Sporopollenin exine capsules used as a bio-based carbon support were activated via CO gasification to obtain a high specific area and porosity, second the derived porous carbons were impregnated by an iron salt and a nitrogen source, to be carbonised in Nitrogen at high temperature. The prepared catalyst demonstrated an efficient oxygen reduction reaction activity showing a half-wave potential of ~ 0.

We focused on an extremely rare presentation of PCNSL in an immunocompetent patient with isolated manifestations of the optic nerve.
Case Report: A 72-year-old man presented with subacute vision loss in his left eye and optic disc swelling.
Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) has not been extensively characterized. The objective of this study was to describe the prevalence of myeloid CHIP (M-CHIP) in patients with CLL, and to determine its association with time to first treatment (TTFT) and overall survival (OS). We retrospectively analyzed data from patients participating in a prospective CLL database at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute who had standard-of-care targeted 95-gene next-generation sequencing (NGS) performed.

However, the specific behavior of these cells after ischemia-reperfusion injury and hypothermia remains poorly characterized. A growing body of evidence suggests that mitochondria function and putative transference between neurons and astrocytes may play a fundamental role in adaptive and homeostatic responses after systemic insults such as cardiac arrest, which highlights the importance of a better understanding of how neurons and astrocytes behave individually in these settings.

Our study aims at clinically characterizing adult ADHD with or without depressive symptomatology in order to identify the relationship with specific affective temperamental profiles and coping strategies.
Methods: A total of 225 outpatients consecutively afferent to our outpatient adult ADHD service since September 2019 were retrospectively screened for eligibility and administered Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced Inventory (COPE-NV) and Temperament Evaluation of the Memphis, Pisa, Paris and San Diego (TEMPS-M).
Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of US-guided vacuum-assisted biopsy (US-VAB) in radiologic-pathologic (rad-path) discordance in women with suspicious breast lesions.
Methods: Two thousand three hundred and sixty patients with 2385 BI-RADS category 4 and 5 lesions underwent percutaneous US-guided CNB. Thirty-six lesions were classified as discordant benign and underwent second-line US-VAB.
The ALICE Collaboration reports the measurement of semi-inclusive distributions of charged-particle jets recoiling from a high transverse momentum (high p_{T}) hadron trigger in proton-proton and central Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV. A data-driven statistical method is used to mitigate the large uncorrelated background in central Pb-Pb collisions.

Remarkable advancements have been achieved in the delivery, safety, and effectiveness of these therapeutics in the past decade. These therapies can also modulate therapeutic targets that cannot be sufficiently addressed using traditional drugs or antibodies.

This trial verifies that the incidence of catheter-related complications in home patients, assisted by telenursing, is not greater than that observed in outpatients.
Methods: This clinical trial is composed of 72 patients with malignant tumors who underwent long-term chemotherapy with PICC insertion.
K^{+}K^{-} pairs may be produced in photonuclear collisions, either from the decays of photoproduced ϕ(1020) mesons or directly as nonresonant K^{+}K^{-} pairs. Measurements of K^{+}K^{-} photoproduction probe the couplings between the ϕ(1020) and charged kaons with photons and nuclear targets. The kaon-proton scattering occurs at energies far above those available elsewhere.

We select events that have one fully reconstructed B meson and a charged lepton candidate from 189 fb^{-1} of electron-positron collision data collected with the Belle II detector. We find R(X_{τ/ℓ})=0.

Methods: Through biochemical, immunohistochemical, and electrophysiological experiments, we investigated the effects of both peripheral and central administration of IL-9 on C57/BL6 female mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), a model of MS.
