Background: In the context of the World Health Organization's (WHO) 90-70-90 targets for accelerating cervical cancer elimination, we aimed to assess the impact of achieving these targets and altering intervention factors on cervical cancer elimination in China and their potential benefits from preventing other human papillomavirus (HPV)-related cancers.
Methods: We developed a sexual contact network-Markov model to simulate HPV transmission and the progression of HPV-related cancers (cervical, vaginal, vulvar, penile, anal, and oropharyngeal cancers). We projected the population impact of achieving 90-70-90 targets by 2030 on the overall HPV-related cancer burden in China during 2024-2100.
We introduce two strategies to enhance quantum synchronization within a triple-cavity optomechanical system, where each cavity contains an oscillator and is interconnected via optical fibers. Our results demonstrate that applying appropriate periodic modulation to the driving fields or the cavity modes can ensure robust quantum synchronization across both open and closed configurations. This approach offers promising avenues for expanding quantum synchronization capabilities in multi-cavity systems and has significant implications for advancing quantum synchronization generation and application in complex networks.

Objective: To analyze the expression of B-cell development-related genes in acute B lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), and to explore the relationship between B-cell development-related genes and the prognosis of B-ALL patients.
Methods: The GEO and TARGET databases were integrated to analyze the differential expression of B-cell development-related genes between the healthy persons and B-ALL patients and their differential expression in the B-ALL relapse and non-relapse groups. Cox single factor regression and Lasso regression were used to constructe a B-ALL specific prognosis model of B-cell development-related genes.

Patients with HSCR who were admitted to the Department of Fetal and Neonatal Surgery of Hunan Children's Hospital from June 2012 to July 2020 and underwent laparoscopic-assisted Soave procedure were selected. The clinical manifestations, surgical procedures, postoperative fecal contamination, constipation, enterocolitis, and defecation function were analyzed.
