Background: Oxaliplatin is the first-line chemotherapy for patients with colon cancer (CC). However, its resistance limits its therapeutic efficacy.
Methods: Oxaliplatin resistance-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the GSE42387 and GSE227315 datasets were identified through bioinformatics methods.
Seed development is one of the most important agricultural traits, determining both the crop yield and quality of fleshy fruits. A typically abortive litchi cultivar, Guiwei, exhibits heterogeneity in seed size across production areas, years, and individual trees. Previous studies have shown that 'Guiwei' seed development failure is associated with endosperm arrest and chilling conditions.

These disorders not only impair the barrier function of the skin but also deteriorate the quality of life and increase the risk of psychiatric issues. Here, a low-modulus phosphatidylserine-exposing microvesicle (deformed PSV, D-PSV) was produced, characterized, and evaluated for its potential therapeutic function against skin diseases.

However, whether these induced volatiles are beneficial to insect herbivores, particularly insect larvae, is largely unknown. We used the two important highly polyphagous lepidopteran pests and to evaluate the benefit on xenobiotic detoxification of larval exposure to HIPVs released by the host plant maize ().

The combination of cinnamon and clove essential oils was determined to have good synergistic bacteriostatic effects by the checkerboard dilution method, and the best bacteriostatic effect could be obtained when the volume ratio was 7:3 for compounding. Microcapsules were prepared using hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPCD) as wall material and compound essential oil as core material, the optimal conditions for the microcapsule preparation process through a one-way test were: homogenizing speed of 8000 r/min, wall material addition of 2 %, HPCD to EO ratio of 1:3, EO to T-80 ratio of 1.
