The sentiments expressed by individuals, such as "I do not trust vaccines," "I do not believe in vaccines," and "I do not want a shot," are commonly encountered by physicians during the annual influenza season. This study investigates vaccine hesitancy regarding the influenza vaccine within a rural primary care setting in New York State. Observations of subjective comments from community members prompted an inquiry into whether the contentious discourse surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine has influenced patients' decisions about the influenza vaccination.

Objectives: e-coachER was a web-based intervention designed to support uptake and maintenance of physical activity for people attending exercise referral schemes (ERS) for weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis or a history of depression/low mood. The aim of this study was to explore the mechanisms of impact of the e-coachER intervention, specifically how participants interacted with e-coachER and the key mediators of increased physical activity.

Design: This was a qualitative one-on-one interview study.

Objectives: To evaluate and compare the performance of ChatGPT™ (Open AI) and Bing AI™ (Microsoft) for responding to kidney stone treatment-related questions in accordance with the American Urological Association (AUA) guidelines and assess factors such as appropriateness, emphasis on consulting healthcare providers, references, and adherence to guidelines by each chatbot.

Methods: We developed 20 kidney stone evaluation and treatment-related questions based on the AUA Surgical Management of Stones guideline. Questions were asked to ChatGPT and Bing AI chatbots.

The magnetic structure adopted by a material relies on symmetry, the hierarchy of exchange interactions between magnetic ions and local anisotropy. A direct pathway to control the magnetic interactions is to enforce dimensionality within the material, from zero-dimensional isolated magnetic ions, one-dimensional (1D) spin-chains, two-dimensional (2D) layers to three-dimensional (3D) order. Being able to design a material with a specific dimensionality for the phenomena of interest is non-trivial.
