Background: Managing extraintestinal manifestations (EIMs) in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients remains challenging due to considerable heterogeneity in diagnostic criteria and the lack of a standardised definition and validated diagnostic pathways. Delays in recognising and treating EIMs can lead to significant disease progression. Therefore, early detection and treatment are crucial.

Methods: We performed a prospective randomized controlled trial at a single institution to compare ACLR with BMAC, DBM, and STA (group A) versus ACLR without biological augmentation or STA (group NA). The study sought to include 100 patients.
Background: The application of robotic-assisted arthroplasty in revision knee scenarios continues to evolve. This study compares the pre- and post-revision implant positions in series of revision total knee arthroplasties (TKA) using a robotic arm system.
Methods: Twenty-five consecutive off-label robotic-assisted revision TKA were performed.
The primary objectives of the study were to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tofacitinib and baricitinib up to 24 months of follow-up in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treated in Southern Italy. Patients' data, activity index, and clinimetric scores were collected at baseline (T0), six (T6), twelve (T12), and twenty-four (T24) months following treatment initiation. At six, twelve, and twenty-four months, adverse events and treatment cessation were also recorded.
