[Evaluation of factors affecting work disability in health personnel].

The authors assessed and analysed factors responsible for the work incapacity and its duration in health workers. Statistical computing revealed a significantly longer work incapacity in workers suffering from diseases with a severe course. Work incapacity is adversely influenced also by poor living, working and social conditions.
