Prior to international competitions, dressage horses are evaluated for fitness to compete while trotting in hand on a firm surface. This study compares the kinematics of experienced dressage horses trotting under fitness-to-compete conditions vs. performing collected and extended trot when ridden on a sand-fiber arena surface.

To study VITT, patient samples are crucial but have become a scarce resource. Recombinant antibodies (rAbs) derived from VITT patient characteristic amino acid sequences of anti-PF4 IgG are an alternative to study VITT pathophysiology.

Here, we aimed to uncover the cellular targets of PBMT and assess its potential as a therapeutic intervention for multiple sclerosis (MS).
Methods: We applied daily dorsoventral PBMT in an experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mouse model, which recapitulates key features of MS, and revealed a strong positive impact of PBMT on the sensorimotor deficits.
Purpose: To identify the risk of deep femoral vein (DFV) and/or femoral vein (FV) inflow disease on venous stent patency loss in postthrombotic syndrome (PTS).
Materials And Methods: This single-center retrospective study included limbs with iliofemoral and iliocaval stents for PTS. Single-vessel and double-vessel inflow disease were defined on the basis of imaging of possible postthrombotic changes in the DFV/FV.
Background: Undifferentiated arthritis (UA) is a term used to describe patients with inflammatory arthritis that has not differentiated into a specific rheumatic disease. UA may be a pre-stage of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or another inflammatory disease or remain undifferentiated, but a substantial proportion of patients may also achieve spontaneous remission. As UA may be an early presentation of RA, rheumatologists often start methotrexate (or another csDMARD) as early as possible.
