[Diagnosis and treatment of ureteral stricture in gynecologic pathology].

The paper presents 10-year experience with surgical treatment of ureteral stricture in retrocervical endometriosis and suppurative adnexal diseases. The most efficient methods of diagnostic location and grading of ureteral stricture were found out. Therapeutic approaches to strictures coexisting with retrocervical endometriosis and suppurative adnexal lesions are discussed with reference to degrees of constriction and the status of the ureteral walls.
