We report a case of rapidly progressing hepatocellular carcinoma after administration of Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors to treat rheumatoid arthritis. We herein report a case of systemic sclerosis (SSc)-related pericarditis successfully treated with mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and low-dose prednisolone (PSL).
