Background: Psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disease that impacts a heterogeneous group of patients and can have multiple clinical manifestations. Risankizumab is approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.

The treatment of patients with chronic wounds is still an interdisciplinary and interprofessional challenge. The basis of successful therapy for these patients is based on causal treatment of the underlying, pathophysiologically relevant diseases.
