Spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma (SCSCC) represents a rare, dedifferentiated form of conventional squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) with propensity for head and neck. Morphological heterogeneity of this tumor poses significant diagnostic challenge for pathologists. This study aimed to evaluate detailed morphological and immunohistochemical (IHC) characteristics of a series of SCSCC cases.

The physical characterization studies by means of XRD indicated for the successful incorporation of Ce into the lattice of TiO₂, while the UV-visible spectra for an absorption edge shift of TiO₂ to the higher wavelength side following the Ce addition, and FESEM analysis for the morphology and particles sizes of the synthesized materials. On testing of the photoluminescence properties recorded through time-resolved fluorescence (TCSPC) technique, a decrease in the intensity of TiO₂ with that of increased Ce concentration was observed and is due to an escalation in the number of oxygen vacancies.

Present study was undertaken to evaluate the incidence of HRF in retinoblastoma and to correlate them with p53 expression. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective study where 17 diagnosed cases of retinoblastoma were included.

Low endogenous melatonin and high testosterone level were noted during RAP. Daily subcutaneous injection of melatonin (25 μg/100 g B wt.
