Introduction The use of collagenase injection as a minimally invasive procedure for correction of Dupuytren's deformity is well reported in the literature. We report our experience and long-term outcome of this procedure performed in a single secondary care centre. Methods We prospectively evaluated 143 fingers that underwent Dupuytren's deformity correction using CCH injection.

Interaction of amphiphilic lipoarabinomannan with host carrier lipoproteins in tuberculosis patients: Implications for blood-based diagnostics.

Lipoarabinomannan (LAM), an amphiphilic lipoglycan of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis cell wall, is a diagnostic target for tuberculosis. Previous work from our laboratory and others suggests that LAM is associated with host serum lipoproteins, which may in turn have implications for diagnostic assays. Our team has developed two serum assays for amphiphile detection: lipoprotein capture and membrane insertion.

Integrated nucleic acid testing system to enable TB diagnosis in peripheral settings.

To facilitate treatment and limit transmission of tuberculosis (TB), new methods are needed to enable rapid and affordable diagnosis of the disease in high-burden low-resource settings. We have developed a prototype integrated nucleic acid testing device to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb) in sputum.

Translunate, Transradial, Transtriquetral, Transtrapezoid Perilunate Dislocation With Multiple Metacarpal Neck Fractures.

We report a rare case of translunate, transradial, transtriquetral, transtrapezoid perilunate dislocation with multiple metacarpal neck fractures in a young adult. The injury was treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Although the injury was severe, the patient had a satisfactory functional result.
