Summary: TENET reconstructs gene regulatory networks from single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) data using the transfer entropy (TE), and works successfully on a variety of scRNAseq data. However, TENET is limited by its long computation time for large datasets. To address this limitation, we propose FastTENET, an array-computing version of TENET algorithm optimized for acceleration on manycore processors such as GPUs.

Traditionally, four pedicle screws have been utilized to provide posterior stability at the L5-S1 level. However, the use of bilateral transfacet pedicle screws (TFPS) as an alternative construct has shown promising results in terms of biomechanical stability.

Among the most popular are the anthrone assay, gravimetric quantification (hexane:ethyl acetate extraction), and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The choice of analytical tool varies depending on cost, availability, and ease of use; however, these techniques have never been compared directly against one another.
