Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: Computerized search of the literature was performed via PubMed using the following medical subject headings or keywords: "liver", "cirrhosis" and "classification"; or "liver", "cirrhosis" and "complications"; or "liver", "cirrhosis" and "treatment"; or "portal" ", "hypertension" and "complications". Articles were independently evaluated by each author, the etiological, morphological and current clinical classifications of LC were analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages identified, and after discussion classification of LC was developed by consensus.

In this article, the results of experimental explosive research of a dome-shaped protective device (made of St20 steel, 90 cm diameter, 130 kg weight) with a load have been given. These studiesused standard statistical procedures with a 0.95 reliability level to establish the validity of the existing mathematical model for emergency prevention.

The effect of transtraumatic epidural electrostimulation (TEES) above (T5) and below (L2) spinal cord injury in the lower thoracic region (T8-T9) in combination with treadmill exercise in pigs was evaluated using electrophysiological examination methods and behavioral tests. Two weeks after spinal cord injury, motor evoked potentials of m. soleus were recorded during electrostimulation at the level of T5 and L2 segments, which indicated activation of spinal cord structures above and below the focus of injury.
