Objective: Clinical approbation of previously obtained normative criteria for evaluating erectograms using the Androscan MIT hardware complex, as well as comparing the monitoring indicators of nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) with the results of the standard questionnaire International Index of Erectile Function-15 (IIEF-15).

Materials And Methods: The study included 120 patients aged 19 to 72 years. Erectile function was assessed using the IIEF-15 questionnaire and the Androscan MIT hardware complex.

The paper is devoted to characteristics of vascular and cardiac remodeling in patients with primary and recurrent myocardial infarction (MI). Data on multifocal atheroslerotic involvement of vessels in these patients associated with development of multivascular involvement of coronary arteries are presented.
