Introduction: The rapid escalation of cyber threats necessitates innovative strategies to enhance cybersecurity and privacy measures. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a promising tool poised to enhance the effectiveness of cybersecurity strategies by offering advanced capabilities for intrusion detection, malware classification, and privacy preservation. However, this work addresses the significant lack of a comprehensive synthesis of AI's use in cybersecurity and privacy across the vast literature, aiming to identify existing gaps and guide further progress.

Echinoderms and vertebrates both possess mesodermal endoskeletons. In vertebrates, the response to mechanical loads and the capacity to remodel the ultrastructure of the skeletal system are fundamental attributes of their endoskeleton. To determine whether these characteristics are also inherent in Echinoderms, we conducted a comprehensive biomechanical and morphological study on the endoskeleton of Asterias rubens, a representative model organism for Echinoderm skeletons.

Glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK-3β or GSK-3B) is a serine-threonine kinase involved in various pathways and cellular processes. Alteration in GSK-3β activity is associated with several neurological diseases including Alzheimer's disease (AD), bipolar disorder, and rare diseases like Rett syndrome. GSK-3β is also implicated in HIV-associated dementia (HAD), as it is upregulated in HIV-1-infected cells and plays a role in neuronal dysfunction.

Methods: In this prospective, single-arm, observational study, 70 patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status III or IV of either sex, aged 40-70 years, scheduled to undergo elective PACAB for isolated ischemic heart disease with EF >30% were included.
